How do I order from Ajnaas.pk?
Search for your desired product, check the quantity and number of items you want, then click ‘add to cart’, add more through the same process and when you are done, click ‘proceed to checkout’. Enter your details and confirm your order. You will get confirmation message and call from our customer support team to verify the orders.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within one hour of confirming your order. Once the product is transferred to shipping department, cancellations cannot be made and you have to receive the order.

How can I pay for my order?
We allow both Cash on Delivery and Prepaid Online Option. You can pay at the time of delivery after receiving your order or from Visa/Master Credit and Debit Cards.

What is the delivery time?
It takes around 4-5 days for your items to be delivered. Delivery time is subject to availability of products and certainty of situation.

How can I track or check status of my order?
At the time of confirmation, you will be given a unique order number. You can check or track your order from ‘My Orders’ option in your account. You can also email or call us with your query.

How can I return a product?
We have defined our return and exchange policy for the convenience of our customers. Please go through it.

Do I have to pay for delivery charges when returning a product?
If you found any incorrect, wrong, or damaged item then delivery charges will be paid by us. In all other cases, customers have to bear the charges.
